These helmets will assist in detecting temperatures, monitoring functionality, and recognizing faces, thereby safeguarding the health and overall security of passengers in the water airport areas.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The easing of government measures against the spread of the coronavirus pandemic places the <\/span><b>transportation sector<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at the forefront, aiming to absorb the impacts of the lockdown and take <\/span><b>steps forward with positive momentum.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this context,<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hellenic-seaplanes.com\/en\/\">Hellenic Seaplanes<\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in alignment with international and European regulations concerning safety prevention and the protection of passenger health during air travel and their presence at water airports, has decided to proceed with the purchase of <\/span><b>specialized helmets for COVID-19 protection.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The selection of the &#8220;smart&#8221; helmets by <\/span><b>Hellenic Seaplanes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> followed the recommendation of<\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"text-align: justify;\" href=\"http:\/\/futurecoop.com\/futurenew\/index.php\/poioi-eimaste\/\">Future Cooperation Group<\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which is the representative of this technology in Greece and Cyprus.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Specifically, these helmets are capable of scanning and monitoring hundreds of individuals per minute. Their use is intended for both the security personnel staffing the water airports and the employees working in various positions within the facilities, who will have direct contact with the public and, consequently, with passengers who may potentially carry the virus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The seaplane airline&#8217;s plan for safeguarding the health and protection of passengers includes the use of helmets, initially for distanced temperature screening and passenger checks upon entry to the water airports across the country, and secondly for the safe monitoring and operation of the water airports.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The President and CEO of <\/span><b>Hellenic Seaplanes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Mr. Nikolaos Charalambous, stated:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>\u201cAfter conducting research and reviewing the use of helmets abroad, particularly in government security services and high-passenger-traffic areas, we decided to proceed with the purchase of \u2018smart\u2019 helmets. This will not only address the necessary safety requirements for the operation of water airports but also help eliminate health risks.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b>The safety of our passengers and the sense of responsibility we feel towards ensuring their safe transport led us to this decision, taking all the necessary steps that every airline and public gathering area must take in the fight we are also joining, to reduce COVID-19 cases.\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the purchase of the \u201csmart\u201d helmet, <\/span><b>Hellenic Seaplanes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ensures the maximum potential of these new systems, remaining committed to its <\/span><b>plan for modernizing technological tools<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> used to<\/span><b> enhance travel safety with seaplanes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
